In order to promote standardization cooperation of Northeast Asia area, put into practice the CJK Joint Declaration on Standardization Cooperation of presidents of China, Japan and South Korea, summarize and promote the position and role of Northeast Standardization Cooperation Forum in CJK standardization cooperation, SAC held a seminar on Northeast Asia standardization cooperation in Beijing, widely seeking for demands and proposals of different domestic industries.

    The seminar was attended over 40 representatives of various departments, key industries and enterprises of SAC and local areas. Vice Administrator of SAC Shi Baoquan attended the seminar and delivered a speech. During the seminar, the Chinese Secretary General of Northeast Asia Standardization Cooperation Forum gave a brief introduction of the general situation of the forum and the future work plan. The representatives of current cooperation projects of the forum summarized and shared experiences. Afterwards, representatives of key industries, enterprises and local areas made speeches about the demands and proposals of Northeast Asia standardization cooperation and made deep exploration on how to do the work well.
