The Action Plan for Implementing the National Standardization Development Outline (2024-2025) was jointly released on March 18 by 18 departments including State Administration for Market Regulation, which defines the specific tasks in 2024 and 2025, and requires an earnest implementation based on actual conditions in all regions and departments across the country.
In 2021, the Outline was released, providing fundamental principles for serving the high-quality economic and social development and boosting the development of standardization. Targeting at the development goals by 2025, the new action plan focuses on the overall arrangement of the standardization development in the 14th Five-year Plan period (2021-2025) and the priorities, and pushes forward the in-depth implementation of the Outline in an all-round way.
