A batch of important national standards have been in force since April 1, covering photovoltaic power stations, centrifugal pumps for the petroleum, petrochemical and natural gas industries, multimodal transport services, sightseeing ship services, and tea supply chain management.
These standards will provide support for guiding and regulating the development of emerging and future industries, promoting the upgrading of traditional industries, improving the quality of transportation and tourism services, and protecting consumer rights and interests.
In terms of photovoltaic power stations, the voluntary national standard GB/T 32900-2025, Technical requirements for relaying protection of photovoltaic power station, specifies the general requirements, configuration requirements, and requirements of setting and setting management for the relaying protection of photovoltaic power stations. The voluntary national standard GB/T 34932-2025, Technical specification for remote monitoring and control system of distributed photovoltaic power system, defines the normal operating conditions, system architecture, technical requirements, testing and inspection methods, as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of remote monitoring and control systems of distributed photovoltaic power systems. The voluntary national standard GB/T 35694-2025, Safety code of photovoltaic power station, stipulates the safety requirements for equipment and facilities, operation, repair and maintenance of photovoltaic power stations.
The three standards will further standardize the relaying protection, remote monitoring, operation and maintenance of grid-connected photovoltaic power stations, support the safe and stable operation of new power systems, and drive the high-quality development of the photovoltaic power industry.
In terms of centrifugal pumps for petroleum, petrochemical and natural gas industries, the voluntary national standard GB/T 3215-2025, Centrifugal pumps for petroleum, petrochemical and natural gas industries, specifies the classification, nomenclature, technical requirements, basic design and auxiliary equipment for centrifugal pumps for petroleum, petrochemical and natural gas industries. The standard will help further enhance the manufacturing capacity for such pumps in China and ensure the quality of products.
In terms of multimodal transport service, the voluntary national standard GB/T 24360-2025, Quality requirements and evaluation of multimodal transport service, sets out the principles, guarantees, requirements and quality evaluation criteria for multimodal transport service, and clarifies service quality evaluation indicators and their calculation methods. It will improve the quality of multimodal transport services and provide a technical basis for industry supervision and administration by competent authorities.
In terms of the service quality of sightseeing ships, the voluntary national standard GB/T 26365-2025, Requirements on services of sightseeing ship, specifies the basic requirements, facilities and environment, reception services, commentary services, personnel management and service administration of sightseeing ships. It will help raise the service quality of sightseeing ships, optimize tourists’ experience, and boost the sound development of the industry.
In terms of tea supply chain management, the voluntary national standard GB/T 46114-2025, Technical specification of management on supply chain of tea, defines the general principles, supplier selection and management, procurement, processing, packaging, warehousing, transportation, distribution and sales requirements for tea supply chain management. It will ensure the quality of the tea supply chain, improve its management efficiency, and facilitate the high-quality development of China’s tea industry.
